Mushroom and Bell Pepper Pizza

Ingredients :

For The Topping
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms (khumbh)
1/2 cup sliced green capsicum
1/2 cup sliced red capsicum
1/2 cup sliced yellow capsicum
1 tbsp olive oil
salt to taste

Other Ingredients
2 thin pizza base (7”) each
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese or grated processed cheese

Method :

For the topping
For the toppingHeat the olive oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the mushrooms, all the capsicums and salt and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes. Keep aside.

How to proceed
How to proceedPlace the pizza base on a clean, dry surface, put ¼ cup pizza sauce on each pizza base and spread it evenly.
Arrange half the topping on each pizza base and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle ¼ cup of cheese on each pizza base and spread it evenly.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 12 minutes or till the pizza turns crisp and the cheese melts.
Serve immediately.
