Ingredients :
2 cups par-boiled sprouted moong (whole green gram)
3/4 cup whisked curds (dahi)
1/4 cup khajur imli ki chutney
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
3/4 cup finely chopped onions
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1 tsp chilli powder
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
salt to taste
Method :
Place the moong sprouts on a serving plate, top with whisked curds, khajur imli ki chutney, tomatoes and onions.Finally sprinkle cumin seeds powder, chilli powder and salt.
Serve immediately garnished with coriander.
