- Watermelon peeled, seeded and cut into small pieces 1 medium
- Ginger,roughly chopped 2 inch
- Fresh coriander stems 4-5
- Roasted cumin powder 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
- Tabasco sauce 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh mint (pudina),for garnish a few sprigs
- Place watermelon pieces, ginger, coriander stems, cumin powder, salt, sugar, lemon juice and Tabasco sauce in a blender jar and blend till smooth.
- Strain into a jug and chill in the refrigerator.
- Serve chilled garnished with mint sprigs.
