Ingredients :
2 cups roughly chopped papaya
1 1/2 cups roughly chopped green apple
1/4 cup orange segments
1 cup full-fat curds (dahi)
1/2 tbsp honey
1 1/2 cups ice cubes
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Method :
Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth and frothy.
Pour the smoothie into 5 individual glasses and serve immediately or refrigerate and serve later.
