Ingredients :
400 gms ripe papaya
1 apple
200 ml fresh pineapple juice
400 gms vanilla ice-cream
honey or brown sugar ( as required , depends on sweetness of fruits)
crushed ice
For The Garnish
1 slice of lemon
2-3 mint leaves (phudina)
4-5 roasted almonds (badam) , finely sliced
Method :
Wash, peel and cut papaya and apple into cubes.In a blender, add papaya, apple, pineapple juice and vanilla ice cream till the mixture turns smooth.Add crushed ice and pour it into 4 separate four glasses.Garnish each glass with lemon slice, few mint leaves and few roasted almonds.
Serve chilled.
