12 mm ( 1/2“) piece ginger (adrak) , roughly chopped
crushed ice for serving
Juicer Method
2 cups watermelon (tarbuj) cubes (deseeded)
12 mm ( 1/2“) piece ginger (adrak) , finely chopped
crushed ice for serving
Method :
Hopper method
Add the watermelon cubes and ginger pieces a few at a time in the hopper.
Add some crushed ice in 2 individual glasses and pour equal quantities of the juice over it.Serve immediately.
Juicer method
Combine the watermelon cubes and ginger and blend in a juicer till smooth.
Add some crushed ice in 2 individual glasses and pour equal quantities of the juice over it.
Serve immediately.
