Carrot and Parsley Juice

Servings :Makes 2 small glasses

Ingredients :

Hopper Method
3 cups carrot cubes (unpeeled)
3 tbsp roughly chopped parsley
2 sticks celery (ajmoda) , cut into 25 mm. (1”) pieces
crushed ice for serving

Method :

Hopper method

Add the carrot cubes, parsley and celery pieces a few at a time in the hopper.
Add some crushed ice in 2 individual glasses and pour equal quantities of the juice over it.Serve immediately.

Juicer method

This recipe doesn’t turn out good in a juicer because the texture of ingredients like carrots is very hard.

Handy tip:
This recipe makes use of unpeeled fruits and vegetables, hence take care to clean and wash them well before chopping, to get rid of dirt, germs and chemical residues.
