Crunchy Date Smoothie

Servings :Makes 4 serving

Ingredients :

8 fully ripe sticky dates (khajur) washed and stoned
8 fresh yellow or red crunchy dates (khajur) seeds removed and chopped
1 cup tender coconut flesh
1 cup thick curds (dahi) chilled
4 cups tender coconut water freezed into ice cubes
1 1/2 cups chilled milk
4 tbsp crushed walnuts (akhrot)
2 tbsp honey or sugar (if required)

Method :

Combine all the above ingredients except the yellow or red crunchy dates and walnuts and churn till smooth.Now add the red or yellow crunchy dates and walnuts and just churn till well mixed but a bit crunchy.
Pour into chilled glasses and enjoy.
