Ingredients :
1 whole watermelon (tarbuj) , deseeded and chopped to small pieces
340 g of low fat curds (dahi)
of sugar , additional required as per taste
1 tsp of lemon juice
3-4 cups (the cups in which the products are sold) vanilla icecream.
ice cubes as required
mint leaves (phudina) for garnish
watermelon (tarbuj) cubes for garnish
Method :
Firstly chop the watermelon into cubes and deseed them.In a blender,add the watermelon cubes,yoghurt,ice,sugar and blend it until it turns to a smooth mixture.Add a dash of lemon juice and blend again. Fill the glasses with ice,pour in the mixture,top it with vanilla ice cream .Add watermelon cubes and mint leaves for garnishing.
