Ingredients :
1/2 cup tulsi (indian basil) leaves
1/2 cup dried oregano leaves
2 stems of lemon grass
5 small gooseberries , deseeded and chopped
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp jaggery (gur)
12 tsp ginger (adrak)
1 tsp lemon juice
Method :
Dissolve the jaggery in one litre of water and strain to remove sand particles, dirt etc.Combine the tulsi , oregano, lemon grass, ginger and gooseberries and blend in a mixer till smooth.Add the jaggery water, lemon juice, honey and blend again in mixer till smooth.Strain and remove the pulp.
Serve chilled.
