Chickoo and Khajur Shake

Servings :Makes 2 to 3 glasses

Ingredients :

1 cup chopped chickoo
1/2 cup chopped deseeded dates (khajur)
3 tsp sugar
300 ml milk
ice cubes as required

Method :

Combine the chickoos, dates, sugar and milk and blend in a mixer till smooth.Put ice cubes in individual glasses and pour the equal quantities of milk shake.Serve chilled.
