Ingredients :
1 kg carrot
1/2 tsp black salt (sanchal)
1/2 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
1/4 tsp black pepper (kalimirch) powder
Method :
Wash peel off and grate carrots,squeeze the juice.You can do it in juicer too, add salt,blackpepper powder andcardamom powder to it stir and serve.
