Ingredients :
4 cups mild black tea
1 cup chopped apples
1 tsp fresh grated ginger (adrak)
1/2 tsp cinnamon (dalchini) powder
1/2 tsp cloves (laung / lavang) powder
sugar to taste
2 to 3 tsp honey
1 cup black grape juice
1 tsp vimto syrup (optional)
2 tsp lemon juice
basil sprigs for garnishing
Method :
Boil black tea, apples, clove and cinnamon powder for 10mins.When cool, add lemon juice, honey, black grape juice and vimto syrup.Chill and serve with ice cubes. garnish with basil sprigs.
