Ingredients :
1 cup watermelon (tarbuj) cubes
1 peach , cut into quarters
2 plums , quartered
6 strawberries
1 cup red or black cherries
1/2 cup seedless black grapes , soaked in 1/2 cup of pomogranate juice
2 tbsp lemon juice
4 cups fresh pomegranate juice(2 cups freezed into cubes)
1 1/2 cups chilled curds (dahi)
2 tbsp honey
Method :
Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth and frothy.Serve chilled.
