Doodhi Smoothie

Ingredients :

2 cups boiled bottle gourd (doodhi / lauki)
1 banana
1 chopped kiwi
1 tsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
a oinch_spell! salt
4 ice cubes

Method :

Combine all the ingredients in mixture and grind it.
Serve fresh.
