Aloo Paneer Mutter Chaat

Servings :Makes 4 to 6 servings

Ingredients :

2 cups baby potatoes , boiled , peeled and cut into halves
2 cups paneer (cottage cheese) cubes
1/2 cup boiled green peas
3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp finely chopped green chillies
1 tsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
1 tbsp sweet chutney
2 tsp green chutney
1 1/2 chaat masala
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp coriander (dhania)
salt to taste

Method :

Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the paneer and salt and sauté on a medium flame for 3to 4 minutes. Drain well on an absorbent paper and keep aside.
In the same oil , add the ginger- garlic paste, green chillies and sauté on a medium flame for few seconds.
Add the green peas, potatoes and salt and mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes. While stirring occasionally.
Combine the paneer and green peas-potato mixture in a deep bowl, add the sweet chutney, green chutney, chaat masala, lemon juice and coriander and mix gently.
Serve immediately.
