Ingredients :
For Mint Chaas
1 cup fresh curd (dahi)
1/4 cup chopped mint leaves (phudina)
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1/2 tsp green chilli paste
1/4 tsp black salt (sanchal)
salt to taste
4 ice-cubes
For The Garnish
a few mint leaves (phudina)
Method :
To make mint chaas, combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth and frothy.Add 1½ cups of chilled water and blend for another 1 minute.Pour equal quantities of the mint chaas into 4 individual glasses and serve immediately garnished with mint leaves.
