Ingredients :
1 fresh drinking coconut
2 tbsp orange squash
1 tsp lemon juice
2 orange slices
Method :
1. take out the coconut water and scoop out the meat. blend both together in a liquidiser.
2. pour 1 tablespoon of orange squash and 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice in each glass.
3. top with the coconut liquid and crushed ice.
4. decorate with 1 orange slice each and serve immediately.
