Avocado Spinach Pear Smoothie

Servings :Makes 3 glasses

Ingredients :

1 cup roughly chopped riped avocado
1 1/2 cups roughly chopped spinach (palak)
1 cup roughly chopped pears (unpeeled)
1 cup roughly chopped apple (unpeeled)

Method :

Combine all the ingredients in a mixer along with 1 cup of chilled water and blend till smooth.
Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 3 indivdual glasses and serve immediately.
