Ingredients :

1/2 cup mint leaves (phudina)
1 1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
25 of ginger (adrak) , roughly chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp black salt (sanchal)
2 tsp dried mango powder (amchur)
1 tbsp sugar
3/4 tsp salt

For The Garnish
2 tbsp soaked and drained boondi

Method :

Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend into a smooth paste using 1 tbsp of water.Transfer the paste into a bowl, add 2 cups of cold water and mix well.Pour into 4 individual glasses and serve immediately garnished with boondi.
