Apricot and Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients :

200 gms canned apricots (kummani / jardalu)
200 gms red pumpkin (bhopla / kaddu) , boiled and pureed
250 ml curds (dahi)
50 gms honey
25 gms brown sugar
nutmeg (jaiphal) powder to taste
10 ice cubes

Method :

Blend together all the ingredients till smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately well chilled.
