Ingredients :
1 cup orange segments
1/4 cup quick cooking rolled oats
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup chopped bananas
5 tbsp greek yoghurt
1 tbsp honey
Method :
Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth.
Pour the smoothie into 3 individual glasses and serve immediately.
