Ingredients :
1 cup chilled and roughly chopped mangoes
1 cup chilled and roughly chopped bananas
2 tbsp wheat germ
1/2 cup chilled fresh curds (dahi) mixed with 1/2 cup chilled full-fat milk
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup ice-cubes
For The Garnish
6 mango cubes , threaded on 2 skewers
Method :
Spread the wheat germ in a microwave safe plate and microwave on high for 20 seconds and keep aside.Combine the curds-milk mixture, mangoes, bananas, wheat germ, sugar and ice-cubes and blend in a juicer till the mixture is smooth and frothy.
Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 2 individual glasses.
Serve immediately garnished with a mango skewer on the rim of each glass.
