Ingredients :
1/2 cup quick cooking rolled oats
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp cinnamon (dalchini) powder
honey to taste
1 small banana , cut into pieces
Method :
Freeze the banana pieces in plastic film for overnight.Combine the oats, milk, cocoa powder, cinnamon powder and honey in a bowl and mix well.Cover and refrigerate overnightAdd the banana and oat mixture to a blender and blend until completely smooth if the shake is too thick add more milk for a thinner consistency.Serve chilled.
