Ingredients :
300 ml lemon juice
1 1/2 kgs sugar
1/3 tsp sodium benzoit
1 tsp lemon essence
1 tsp lemon colour
Method :
Before you start preparing squash ,boil bottles on one side of gas1.\tput sugar in vessel ,cover with water ,1” above sugar level2.\tboil on low fire till sugar dissolves3.\t in boiling syrup put citric acid , it will clean sugar syrup ,enhances taste4.\tremove foth dirty sugar5.\tif syrup is sticky ,add lemon juice ,bring to boil on low fire ,check if it is sticky6.\tput off fire ,dissolve sodium benzoit in hot syrup ,mix in squash7.\tadd essence , color8.\tbottle ,boiling syrup in boiling bottel ,keep 2” space vacant in bottle so it does not burst9.\tcap bottles tightly10.\twhen want to serve ,pour 2-3 table spoon of syrup in glass ,pour chilled water & ice cubes ,serve
