Ingredients :

500 gms raw mango
200 gms sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black salt (sanchal)
3/4 cup coriander (dhania)
3/4 cup mint leaves (phudina)
4 to 5 green chillies
2 tsp jholia masala
2 glass of water.

Method :

Boil mango in a pressure cooker.When it cooked take out from cooker and make juice of it.Add water and sugar and mix well.Make paste of chilli,corianderLeaves and mint leaves.Mix salt,black salt,jholia masala and paste of green chilli etc.Mix all ingredients well.Strain out it from a muslin cloth.Keep it in freeze when it cool taste it.
