Ingredients :
1 cup chocolate ice-cream
1 cup chickoo, chilled , peeled , deseeded and roughly chopped
3 tbsp sugar
1 cup ice-cubes
For Serving
4 tbsp crushed ice
For The Garnish
2 chickoo wedges
2 mint sprigs
Method :
Combine the chocolate ice-cream, chickoos, sugar and ice-cubes and blend in a juicer till the mixture is smooth and frothy.
Place 2 tbsp of crushed ice into 2 individual glasses and pour equal quantities of the smoothie into each glass.
Serve immediately garnished with a chickoo wedge and mint sprig on the rim of each glass.
