Paan Delight`

Ingredients :

2 beetel leaves (paan) (paan) chopped roughly
1 tbsp gulkand
1/2 teaspoon elachi powder
1 tsp fennel seeds (saunf) powder
2 tbsp khus syrup
200 ml aerated lemon drink like limca
1/4 cup ice (crush)
1/4 cup cold water
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
for the rim

castor sugar

Method :

FOR THE RIM Apply honey along the rim of a glass. Dip the glass rim gently in a plate containing castor sugar. dust off the excess sugar. Keep aside Blend betel leaves, gulkand, elachi powder, saunf powder, ¼ cup cold water, Strain.Pour khus syrup in sugar rimmed glasses. Add crush ice and pour betel leaves strained mixture. Carefully put a scoop of ice cream and fill the glass with the aerated lemon drink (limca).
serve immediately
