Ingredients :

4 slices brown bread
1/2 cup bean sprouts
1/2 cup cucumbers
1/2 tsp crushed garlic (lehsun)
1/4 cup chopped spring onions
1/2 tomato, crushed into puree
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
1 tsp oil

Method :

Heat the oil and cook garlic. add the vegetables and stir fry for some time. then add the rest of the ingredients and boil it.Cool and then spread on the bread slices to make a sandwich in a sandwich maker and serve hot.
