Ingredients
1 cup fennel seeds (saunf)
7 garlic (lehsun) cloves
salt to taste
1 1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp coriander (dhania) powder
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
Method
Roast the fennel seeds for 5 to 7 minutes or till light brown in colour.Mix all the other ingredients and grind coarsely.Serve with rice, roti or any kind of chapati along with oil or curd.
