Kairi ki Chutney

Servings: Makes 1 cup

Ingredients

2 medium size raw mangoes
1/4 cup fresh grated coconut
5 to 6 whole dry kashmiri red chillies
2 hot dry red chillies (pandi)
jaggery (gur) (optional)
2 pods peeled garlic (lehsun)
salt to taste

Method

Wash and peel the raw mangoes and cut into peices.Soak the chillies in water for 30 minutes.Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend using a little water to a smooth paste.Serve with snacks, rotis and rice.
