coconut Kernel Payasa

Ingredients
  • Tender coconut kernel : 2 Cups
  • Sugar : According to taste
  • Cococut Milk : 3 Cups
Method
  1. Cut tender coconut kernel into small pieces.
  2. Add sugar & keep it covered for 15 minutes, let the kernels absorb sugar.
  3. Add coconut milk & bring to boil.
  4. Serve hot / Chilled.
