Ingredients
- Idli Batter : 2 Cups
- Finely chopped vegetables : 1 Cup
- Tomato sauce : 4 Spoons
- Coriander powder : 1 Spoon
- MTR rasam Powder : 1 Spoon
- Chilli Powder : 1/2 Spoon
- Coconut Oil : 4 Spoon
- Mix Idli batter, coriander powder ,rasam powder, chilli powder & coconut Oil.
- Spread the batter on pre-heated non-stick tawa, spread chopped vegetable & tomato sauce over the batter.
- Cover the batter.
- Cook in a low flame till batter is cooked & lower side becomes crispy.
- Serve hot.
