- Rose syrup 6 teaspoons
- Tender coconut water,chilled 1 cup
- Fresh mint leaves 12-15
- Lemons,cut into small cubes 2
- Salt to taste
- Tender coconut flesh (malai) for garnish
- Drinking soda as required
- Combine mint leaves, lemon cubes and a little coconut water in a Boston shaker.
- Muddle all the ingredients with a muddler.
- Add rose syrup and remaining coconut water, cover and shake well.
- Rim individual glasses with salt and pour the prepared drink into them.
- Cut coconut flesh into triangles, make a little slit on one side and fix one triangle on the rim of each glass.
- Top the drink with soda and serve chilled.
