- Watermelon,peeled 1 small
- Tomatoes 3 medium
- Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
- Chaat masala 1 teaspoon
- Ginger,finely chopped 1/2 inch piece
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt to taste
- Ice cubes 2-3
- Celery,for garnish 2 stick
- Roughly chop tomatoes and watermelon and place it in a bowl.
- Add red chilli powder, black pepper powder, chaat masala, ginger, lemon juice and a little salt.
- Place ice cubes in a mixer jar.
- Add the tomato mixture and grind into a smooth purée.
- Place a celery stick in each glass and pour the juice into it.
- Serve chilled.
