2 potatoes
1 1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
salt to taste
oil to fry
Method
Peel the skin of potato and cut into thin slices.Mix chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt in potato.Shallow fry in oil.Drain in tissue paper.
