Ingredients
1 cup flax seeds
1 tbsp chopped garlic (lehsun)
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp chilli powder
Method
Dry roast flax seeds on a pan for 3-4 minutes. Then add all ingredients in a bowl.Blend all the ingredients in a mixer to a fine powder.Use as required.
