Ingredients
1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber
1/2 cup finely chopped spring onions whites and green
1/4 cup freshly grated coconut
1 tbsp chopped canned pineapple
2 tsp canned pineapple syrup
1 cup thick beaten curds (dahi)
2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tsp grated ginger (adrak)
salt to taste
For Garnish
2 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
Method
Combine the curds and the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well and refrigerate for 2 hours.Just before serving, sprinkle the cumin seeds and chilli powder and garnish with coriander.Serve chilled with hot bhajiyas.
