- Guavas 2
- Fresh mint leaves 25-30 to garnish
- Ice cubes 12-15
- Black salt (kala namak) 1 teaspoon
- Sugar 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Lemon slices
- Roughly chop the pineapple and put into a mixer jar.
- Seed the guavas, chop roughly and put into the mixer jar.
- Add mint leaves, ice cubes, black salt, sugar, salt, lemon juice and grind to a smooth purée with sufficient Bisleri water.
- Pour this mixture into tall glasses.
- Garnish with a lemon slices and mint leaves and serve chilled.
