Mixed Vegetable Juice

Ingredients
  • Carrots 3 medium
  • Tomatoes 3 medium
  • Beetroot 1 medium
  • Bitter gourd (karela) 1 small
  • Bottle gourd (lauki/doodhi) 1 medium
  • Cabbage 1/4 medium
  • Ginger 1 inch
  • Tirfal 10-12
  • Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ice cubes as required
Method
  1. Soak the tirfal in ¼ cup water. 
  2. Roughly chop carrots, tomatoes, beetroot, bitter gourd, bottle gourd, cabbage, ginger and put them into a juicer. 
  3. Add tirfal water and extract juice. 
  4. Collect the juice in a jar.
  5. Add lemon juice, black pepper powder, salt and mix well. 
  6. Place some ice cubes in each of 4 glasses and pour the vegetable juice and serve.
