- Carrots 3 medium
- Tomatoes 3 medium
- Beetroot 1 medium
- Bitter gourd (karela) 1 small
- Bottle gourd (lauki/doodhi) 1 medium
- Cabbage 1/4 medium
- Ginger 1 inch
- Tirfal 10-12
- Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Ice cubes as required
- Soak the tirfal in ¼ cup water.
- Roughly chop carrots, tomatoes, beetroot, bitter gourd, bottle gourd, cabbage, ginger and put them into a juicer.
- Add tirfal water and extract juice.
- Collect the juice in a jar.
- Add lemon juice, black pepper powder, salt and mix well.
- Place some ice cubes in each of 4 glasses and pour the vegetable juice and serve.
