- Bottle gourd (lauki/doodhi),peeled 2 cups
- Cumin seeds 2 teaspoons
- Ginger 2 inch
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Fresh mint leaves 10-12
- Tulsi leaves 6-8
- Black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
- Put bottle gourd, cumin seeds, ginger, lemon juice, mint leaves, tulsi, black pepper powder and a little water into a mixer jar and grind till smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
