Doodhi Juice

Ingredients
  • Bottle gourd (lauki/doodhi),peeled 2 cups
  • Cumin seeds 2 teaspoons
  • Ginger 2 inch
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Fresh mint leaves 10-12
  • Tulsi leaves 6-8
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
Method
  1. Put bottle gourd, cumin seeds, ginger, lemon juice, mint leaves, tulsi, black pepper powder and a little water into a mixer jar and grind till smooth. 
  2. Pour into glasses and serve.
