Black Currant Shake

Ingredients
  • Blackcurrants 4 tablespoons
  • Vanilla ice cream 4 cups
  • Chilled Milk 2 cups
Method
  1. Blend together blackcurrant crush, ice cream and milk in a blender till smooth. 
  2. Pour into four individual glasses and serve chilled.
