- Oranges 2 medium
- Lemon 1
- Brown sugar 1 1/2 tablespoons
- Fresh mint leaves 8-10
- Ice cubes as required
- Orange juice 1/2 cup
- Peel oranges and separate the segments.
- Cut lemon into small pieces and discard seeds.
- Place some orange segments into individual tall glasses.
- Add brown sugar, lemon pieces and mint leaves.
- Muddle Ingredients with a muddler.
- Add lots of ice cubes and orange juice.
- Mix with a spoon.
- Insert a straw and serve chilled.
