Apple Caramel Spice

Ingredients
  • Apple juice 4 cups
  • Apple 1 medium
  • caramel sauce 1/2 Cup
  • Cloves 5 - 6
  • Cinnamon 1 inch
  • Ginger 1/4 inch
  • Brown sugar 1/3 cup
Method
  1. Heat apple juice in a deep non-stick pan alongwith cloves, cinnamon, brown sugar and crushed ginger. Cover and bring to a boil.
  2. Cut apple into small dices.
  3. Discard the whole spices from the boiling juice and add caramel sauce. Stir to mix.
  4. Place equal portions of apple dices into 4 individual glasses. 
  5. Pour the drink into each glass and serve warm or chilled.
