Ingredients :
2 1/2 cups chilled , deseeded and roughly chopped watermelon (tarbuj)
4 tbsp chilled roughly chopped bananas
1/2 cup chilled coconut milk
1 cup vanilla ice-cream
4 tbsp sugar
For Serving
4 tbsp crushed ice
Method :
Combine the coconut milk, vanilla ice-cream, watermelon, bananas and sugar and blend in a juicer till the mixture is smooth and frothy.
Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 2 individual glasses.
Serve immediately topped with 2 tbsp of crushed ice in each glass.
