Sugar Cane Juice with Curds

Ingredients :

1 1/2 liter sugar cane juice
250 gms curds (dahi)
1 tsp black salt (sanchal)
1 tsp mint leaves (phudina) paste
3 cups crushed ice

Method :

Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
Serve chilled.
