Ingredients :
4 green jamun
4 tbsp of rose syrup
1/2 tsp of black salt (sanchal)
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp of cumin seeds (jeera) powder
1 cup of soda
rose leaves for garnishing
a pinch salt
lemon wedges to serve
Method :
Combine the slices of jammun , rose syurup, lemon juice, black salt and cumin seeds powder and blend in a mixer till smooth.Take a margarita glass put the glass in a sack of salt ,then pour 4 tbsp of prepared jamun syrup.Pour soda water a little stir put rose leaves on top of drink.Serve chilled.
