Ingredients :
Hopper Method
1 1/2 cups muskmelon (kharbooja) cubes (deseeded)
2 cups papaya cubes (deseeded)
1/2 tsp lemon juice
crushed ice for serving
Juicer Method
3/4 cup muskmelon (kharbooja) cubes (deseeded)
1 1/4 cups papaya cubes (deseeded)
1/2 tsp lemon juice
crushed ice for serving
Method :
Hopper method
Combine the papaya, muskmelon, lemon juice, crushed ice and 1/4 cup of water in a mixer and blend till the juice is smooth.
Pour equal quantities of the juice into 2 individual glasses and serve chilled.
Juicer method
Combine the muskmelon and papaya cubes and blend in a juicer till smooth.
Strain the juice using a strainer.Add the lemon juice and mix well.Add some crushed ice in 2 individual glasses and pour equal quantities of the juice over it.
Serve immediately.
