Healthy Guava Drink

Servings :Makes 7 glasses

Ingredients :

2 cups guava cubes
1/4 cup honey
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp black salt (sanchal)
1 tbsp ginger (adrak) juice

Method :

Combine the guava and 1½ cups of water in a broad non-stick pan, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 10 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
Cool completely, blend in a mixer till smooth.
Transfer the mixture into a deep bowl and add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.

How to serve

Pour 3 tbsp of the guava mixture in each glass, add 1 glass of chilled water in each glass, mix well and serve immediately.
