Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients :

2 bananas
1 1/2 cups orange juice
1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
3 to 4 cups flavoured curds (dahi)
1 cup frozen raspberries
2 scoops vanilla ice-cream
sugar as per taste
salt to taste
whipped cream for topping

Method :

Peel and wrap the banas in a plastic wrap and keep in freezer for atleast 2 hours.Then add all the fruits along with bananas, sugar and little salt and i scoop of ice-cream and blend to smooth.While serving, dot it wilth little ice-cream and whip cream with a red cherry.
